Reviews from Letterboxd:

  1. BlakeBergman – ★★★½
“Ghost Nursing is probably not the most defining title within the genre but holds a general amount of fun if one takes the chance. It’s a lot of good fun as an evil entity wreaks havoc on Jackie’s world, with a good assortment of grossout effects.”

  2. slowlow – ★★★★
“God bless the Hong Kongers and their no-holds-barred attitude to horror. Ghost Nursing is just weird, wild fun. It manages to be funny, creepy, gross, and action-packed all at once.”

  3. Z.F. – ★★★
“Starts out slow but really ramps up in the final act. The practical effects were absolutely delightful, especially the possession scenes. Bit of a morality tale mixed with black magic chaos.”

  4. spinebuster – ★★★½
“This one’s got a possessed doll, blood rituals, and a wild fight with a flaming ghost baby. You really can’t go wrong with Category III supernatural horror from this era.”

  5. cyberspaceCadet – ★★★★
“The way Ghost Nursing escalates from quirky ritual horror to all-out gooey nightmare is peak HK cinema energy. Would love to see this in a midnight screening with a loud crowd.”
