“This is either a one-star or a five-star film – it really treads that line between so ridiculously bad it’s good and just plain old awful! Unfortunately, I think it’s more just bad than an entertaining piece of shit. Starring Cameron Mitchell as a women-hating rapist/killer who also happens to be an arms dealer, he may hate women but he loves his dog. It’s up to a badass cop played by the charisma vacuum that is Leo Fong with his magnificent mane to stop the scumbag responsible for a series of rapes and murders. When bodies start popping up he teams up with Richard Roundtree to bring them to justice. The acting and dialogue are woeful at best but it’s…”

“Easily one of my favourite B-Movies of all-time. Ridiculous on every conceivable level. Cameron Mitchell plays a psychotic arms dealer who strangles call-girls and dotes uncomfortably on his tiny lap-dog Sparky. The guns he sells always end up in the hands of cartoon gangs who go into grocery stores or restuarants and blow everyone away for no explained reason. Leo Fong is the ‘cop with a troubled past’ who’s trying to track Mitchell down before more shoppers get executed in the produce section (with help from a cop named Cpt. Skidmore). Yet Fong’s idea of acting is just staring straight into the camera without blinking. People are so trigger happy that it seems like satire. Lots of people get shot…”

“If you’re looking for a bunch of ‘70s ass kill-crazy rampages and kung fu fights in an ‘80s movie, you could do worse than Killpoint? It’s a weird trip, with a rambling villainous performance from Cameron Mitchell, a genuinely creepy villainous performance from Stack Pierce as ‘Nighthawk’ (no joke, he’s great), a bit of Richard Roundtree, and a lot of Leo Fong, the Asian Charles Bronson (dude has zero facial expressions and some wild hair – not to mention a pretty interesting background).”
