Reviews from Letterboxd:

  1. robynhood-3 – ★★★½
“This movie is bizarre in the best ways. The gore is wacky, the satire is sharp, and the whole concept is pure chaos in a way only Japan can deliver.”

  2. Doug – ★★★★
“Imagine Romeo and Juliet but with zombies, chainsaws, and bubblegum-colored blood. It’s sweet, tragic, and splatterific. I really didn’t expect to be so moved!”

  3. ianwestart – ★★★★
“A cult classic! Gory, weird, and surprisingly heartfelt. It walks the line between low-budget horror and genuine emotion. The metaphor for adolescence is oddly poetic.”

  4. Jindřich – ★★★
“The absurdity of teenage girls becoming zombies as part of puberty is both disturbing and darkly comedic. Some pacing issues, but worth watching for the uniqueness.”

  5. Fulgora – ★★★½
“Batsh*t insane, with moments of real beauty. Kind of like if Sion Sono directed a George Romero tribute. A must for zombie fans with a taste for the unusual.”
