Plot Synopsis
After a catastrophic nuclear incident in Japan shrouds a secret underground threat, U.S. Navy bomb-disposal officer Ford Brody returns home to San Francisco only to be drawn back to Japan where his father was investigating the disaster. As two enormous parasitic creatures known as MUTOs awaken and threaten global destruction, the ancient alpha-predator Godzilla rises to restore balance. Humanity’s survival hinges on the clash between monsters and the human reckoning with nuclear power and nature’s fury.
