Plot Synopsis:
Set during the final months of the American Civil War, Joe’s brother is unjustly killed by Captain Clifford of the Northern army. Seeking vengeance, Joe joins a group of Southern rebels determined to resist until the end. Branded an outlaw with a bounty on his head, Joe returns after the war to the farm where he once worked, only to find his beloved Christine, the owner’s daughter, engaged to the man he despises—Captain Clifford.
