Plot Synopsis:
A giant dinosaur skull is stolen, prompting the head of the Chinese secret police to assign the case to the force’s most incompetent agent: a rural butcher who spends his days drinking martinis (shaken, not stirred). Equipped with a trunkload of absurd gadgets and a contact who constantly tries to kill him, the bumbling agent must recover the skull and uncover the true mastermind behind the theft.
