Plot Synopsis:

A young couple is abducted during a romantic walk by a deranged man. They wake up in a filthy, makeshift operating room, restrained and at the mercy of a sadistic surgeon. With no motive beyond the pursuit of ultimate pleasure through pain, the doctor subjects them to increasingly brutal and dehumanizing torture, documenting their physical and psychological destruction. As the ordeal escalates, the couple must endure unrelenting torment in a grim contest of endurance and despair.
