Reviews from Letterboxd:

  1. Matt Singer – ★★★★★
“This is one of the most magnificent pieces of horseshit I have ever seen.”
  2. Aeiou – ★★★★★
“Turkish Star Wars is praised by some as a funny film, and bashed by others as a terrible film. However, practically none of these people really got it. To ‘get’ TSW, you first have to keep in mind the status of cinema in Turkey in the ’80s. I think it’s safe to say that even at that time, Turkish cinema was still in its infancy. This was of course related to the poor economic situation of those times, so making a film on the level of American, European, and Asian productions was nothing more than a dream. Considering these circumstances, TSW is a masterpiece of creativity and resourcefulness.”
  3. Vidyuth Mahesh – ★★☆☆☆
“This movie is just one big bruh moment.”
