Reviews from Letterboxd

  1. Redrumpanda★★★☆☆
“In so far that I’m amused by thoroughly bad acting, wooden dialogue and scenes that just go nowhere or just meander (Check out the entirely sensible ‘car chase’ with some very alert and responsible driving), this was pretty good. The story was ‘more of the same’ though and the only gore or violence to speak of is a brief moment , at the conclusion. All up, not bad enough by my standards but decent. Special mention too, for the pulsing soundtrack, that makes even the most mundane deliveries more exciting than they should be. That was the best part.”

  2. Bloodspiller★★☆☆☆
“Don’t be fooled by the cover art. The early to mid 90s was chock full of DTV vampire attempts with sets as gothic as eggshell white apartment buildings and poorly mixed audio tracks and Project Vampire was no exception. About as titillating as asking a primitive computer AI how to kill a vampire and it coming back with. S-U-N-L-I-G-H-T.”

  3. The_Ghoul★½☆☆☆
“‘He had such high hopes for you.’ Project Alpha is run by a bunch of betas who want to extend the human lifespan but end up making vampire junkies. A pretty boring PM Entertainment type flick with some interesting characters but it also has a dumb story, lame fights, and long stretches of boringness.”
