Plot Synopsis
In the 1970s at a drive-in theatre, one twin murders a teenager and frames his brother, sending him to a psychiatric institution while he goes free. Years later on Thanksgiving at their secluded apartment complex, the institutionalized brother escapes — and the remaining twin begins a brutal killing spree, seeking to frame his brother yet again. As the body count rises, family secrets, identity confusion and guilt collide in a violent holiday nightmare.
