“At first glance, a 1998 straight-to-tape action flick headlined by Antonio Sabato Jr. might sound like a bit of a tough sell…”
2. Brian — ★★★½
“The characters’ dialogue tried so hard to be cool it was painful.”
3. Todd Gaines — ★★★½
“I kept waiting to see doves fly in Isaac Florentine’s High Voltage, because it has John Woo written all over the place.”
4. Andrew Da Gawd — ★★★
“Surprisingly an ok movie especially for the budget it’s not amazing by any means but it has some fun scenes”
5. Carlo Vanstiphout — ★★½
“Spins its wheels a bit too much to really amount to much other than 2 or 3 John Woo-inspired set pieces.”
