Overly Honest Reviews – ★☆☆☆☆
“Roddy McDowall, misleading cover art (on multiple accounts,) and just flat out terrible acting. So Angel isn’t an executive like the cover says, Angel isn’t a hooker, like the cover says, Angel isn’t Angel like the cover says. I’m not even sure where to start with this made for TV train wreck. The only saving grace was @darlenevogel who plays the 4th different version of Angel/Molly. Although I was a little thrown off with the blonde hair, she made the film far more tolerable. Overall this series had a lot of twists and turns, one of my favorite parts ended up being each actress taking this character and really making it their own.”
steventhomas – ★☆☆☆☆
“Not sleazy, not thrilling, with minimal action and a lot of music video-esque scenes surrounding the rock band at the center of the crime. Undercover is a fitting subtitle, cause in this one, Molly Stewart acts as a police photographer, so I guess that can count as some kind of continuity after The Final Chapter? All the rest is just dreadful, and you can pretty much tell from the poster. Apparently, this is buried deep within the Miramax library, so maybe Paramount can try and resurrect the IP with a worthy project sometime soon. One star for Roddy McDowall and Roddy McDowall alone.”
Geoff T – ★½☆☆☆
“Yikes! This movie really misunderstands the core of Angel’s duality and s&x work; instead making her blonde and a groupie (“photographer”)? The sensitive soul “rocker” is British and has bad hair. There’s even Brian Peck in a guitar shop – which felt like a jump scare. This needs so many cuts and re-writes. Angel is gone for a lot of the first half hour.”

“This poster rocks, to be honest.”
Kyle Pdot Padovano – ★★☆☆☆
“Meh. Concerts and Nudity are cool And the Finale’s pretty dang insane But this one was really unnecessary.”
