Plot Synopsis:
Kinnikuman follows Suguru Kinniku, a clumsy and dimwitted superhero who discovers he is actually the lost prince of Planet Kinniku. Despite his cowardly nature and goofy personality, Suguru enters a series of brutal wrestling tournaments against powerful superhuman fighters known as Chojin in order to prove himself worthy of the throne. Blending over-the-top wrestling action, absurd comedy, and surprisingly emotional rivalries, the series became one of the most influential battle anime of the 1980s.
