Plot Synopsis:
The Hero Gang terrorizes Hong Kong with a pair of deadly robots known as Pioneer 1 and Pioneer 2. While the first is a hulking mechanical weapon, Pioneer 2 is designed in the image of Maria, the gang’s ruthless second in command. After Pioneer 2 is damaged during a mission, she falls into the hands of a police inventor who reprograms her. As glitches in her programming begin to give her an independent personality, the newly transformed Maria joins an unlikely group of allies in their fight against the Hero Gang.
