1. Kaijuman — ★★★ — Liked
“It’s Poltergeist but with more musical numbers and attempted r@pes.”
2. Scrambled Face — ★★★½ — Liked
“Expecting another goofy, cheapo masala shocker like the Child’s Play redux Papi Gudia, I got quite a pleasant surprise in this Hindi remake of a Tamil ghost flick from the previous year, both by a writer/director known as (A.G.) Baby.”
3. SnarlingApollo — ★★★ — Liked
“Ye Olde Haunted House Story, with all the musical numbers a Bollywood production demands!”
4. Rahul — ★★★
“Mona Lisa’s got some luscious hair.”
5. Giger Burger — ★★★
“Love the jarring juxtaposition of a spooky haunted house and upbeat musical numbers. A guy gets hit by a truck, goes flying through the air, lands on his feet, chases the truck down and beats everybody up. I don’t know what that had to do with anything. Evil Mona Lisa. There are two people named baby involved in making this film.”
