Despite his unorthodox and often illegal tactics, Sleepy reveals good intentions, using stolen money to fund a sexual health clinic and a shelter for domestic violence victims. Together with Lieutenant Perrine Valley, they tackle challenging cases involving the mafia and drug trafficking, navigating the blurred lines between law enforcement and vigilantism.
