Plot Synopsis:
Former DEA agent Jack Ryan receives a desperate call from his brother Phillip, whose drug-enforcement team was ambushed on a Caribbean island. When Jack arrives, he discovers Phillip has been captured and transformed into a cybernetic killing machine by a deranged scientist and druglord who plans to sell cyborg soldiers to the highest bidder. Jack must fight through an army of mechanized mercenaries to save his brother and stop the operation before it spreads worldwide.
