New Request Queue and System Implemented!

Due to too many requests, too many repeated emails etc we have switched over to an automated request system. You can request up to 5 titles using the following link:
www.sloppysecondsales.com/requests/
the system will email you whenever a status has changed, and we will mark it denied if the title is something we either can’t get a source for, is already available, or wouldn’t do well on our site.
We will continue to make these positive changes to keep the customer updated at all steps and make the operation of the site as smooth as possible!

New Fully Functional Replacement Queue System Live!

One aspect of our site we’ve been trying to perfect are disc replacements. Usually only around 1 in 1000 orders require one, so we’ve been doing things mostly manually up until this point. Sadly, because of supply chain issues around the world, we have having to use different types of media code in the event that are good/normal bulk media codes are OOS or are awaiting shipment from China. Because of this, replacements have increased and our policy of manually duplicating and watching in full during office hours have created a backlog that has been upsetting some customers.

We’ve spent the last several weeks working on and perfecting a queue system that notifies us, the duplication team, the replacement team and customer service team exactly where everyone is in the queue.

All of this is housed at:
www.sloppysecondsales.com/replacement/
and will still follow the replacement policies outlined and agreed upon during checkout.

Site Security Updates

We’ve received a few emails about security regarding payments etc and just wanted to breakdown all the security we have in place.

Firstly, we store no financial details, if you click Paypal it goes through Paypal, if you pay direct it goes through Authorize.net.

We have full SSL, we run Security/Firewall/Malware scanning locally and on our hosts side.

We have a Security Person manually test for phishing externally as well as manually check for injectors on the server side.

If you feel you have had your card comprimised etc it’s most likely due to skimming (which is rampant, at gas pumps etc) or key loggers/phishing malware stored on your device/pcs.

Rest assured there’s nothing on our site that will hinder you making any purchase.
