Plot Synopsis
Members of a college swim team begin using performance-enhancing steroids to gain a competitive edge. During a trip to a nearby lake, they unknowingly encounter parasitic leeches that feed on the chemicals in their blood. Mutating into giant, aggressive creatures, the leeches infiltrate the campus and begin picking off the team one by one. As the survivors realize the horrifying connection between the drugs and the creatures, they must devise a desperate plan to lure and destroy the rapidly multiplying monsters before they overrun the school.
