Plot Synopsis:
Sewage workers Jack and Charlie become caught in the middle of an international gang war after Jack helps the leader of a Shanghai organization against one of his rebellious underlings. The traitor joins forces with the Japanese Yakuza in an attempt to seize control of Shanghai. When the gang’s leader is assassinated, Jack vows to avenge his death, battling an increasingly bizarre assortment of ninjas and deadly mercenaries along the way.
